My go to choice for communicating between clients and project managers happen on Slack. However, I recently came upon a new concept that utilizes a "walkie talkie" paradigm.
The concept is simple - instead of typing out text, you click on an avatar and say what you have to say. I think it's a great idea that might perhaps go some way towards building cohesion on a team in a way that text and GIF's cannot.
