Finding a fresh set of icons is a not altogether uncommon task for most designers. There is shortage of options, but most are incomplete or maybe even dated.
I'm somewhat of an icon geek and have been following Vincent Le Moign's work for a number of years and in my personal opinion the Streamline set are some of the best icons you will find. With 30,000 in total it's also probably the largest you'll find. Mind you, that does include various weights / fills (light, regular, bold), but it's doubtful you'll be unable to find what you're looking for.
If you're after vector versions you'll have to pay a bit ($200-300 depending on the categories you're after) but if PNG's are fine for your project then this is a great opportunity. Please note - attribution is required. Support your indie developers and designers.
